The fabric on the skirt is pleated, that is the folded look that you see. This creates fullness while it cinches your waist and so, accentuates your beautiful curves. 

The belt has a lot of stretch and includes a chord to tighten it the way you wish. This way you can wear it high in the waist or low on the hips.

This design has two slits, but we have a 'Taonga' skirt with just one slit too! You can find it .

Last but not least: this piece is like all our other pieces too, made from recycled fabrics, that means that there is only one of each. Every single one is truly unique! <3
